Lakeway Estates is located in Tool, Texas on the western shores of Cedar Creek Lake. Cedar Creek Lake is nestled in the woodlands of East Texas and 15 miles west of Athens, TX and just a little over an hour from downtown Dallas.

The Lakeway Estates community provides property owners lake access via a private boat ramp, year-round activities including our yearly Neighborhood Picnics in the fall, our Annual Clean-Up Days in the spring, monthly get-togethers and more. It's a community that prides itself on our commitment to maintaining our properties and communal spaces, and shaping a neighborhood that is friendly and fun!
